Bonanza Code of Conduct

Fans are encouraged to cheer, sing and otherwise support Hartford Athletic while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow patrons, opposing team fans, players and coaches.

Have a great time before and during the match but don’t overdo it. If you can’t handle your alcohol, don’t have any.

The Bonanza has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for bigotry and discrimination.  If you can’t express your anger at the referee, opposing players or opposing supporters without using violent, sexist, racist or homophobic speech and gestures, then don’t open your mouth. Better yet, don’t come to a match, away trip or watch party because that kind of hate isn’t welcome in Dillon Stadium, at our watch parties, Bonanza events or on social media. Use it and you’ll be ejected and potentially banned.

Other Unacceptable behavior may include but is not limited to:

  • Acting in a violent or threatening manner to stadium staff, security or patrons

  • Throwing or trying to throw objects on to the field of play or at another person

  • Refusing to cooperate with the requests of stadium staff

  • Refusing to cooperate with Bonanza leadership and capos

  • Setting off fireworks or smoke bombs inside Dillon Stadium.

Failure to obey these rules could lead to arrest, expulsion from the stadium and/or the Bonanza, as determined by Bonanza Leadership and/or Hartford Athletic staff.

In partnership with Front Office Personnel and Team Operations, if warranted, Bonanza leadership will have an opportunity to correct behaviors before they escalate to violations of the fan code of conduct that would result in actions up to and including ejection, police involvement and letters of disinvite.

Illegal activities at group tailgates or in the stadium will not be condoned nor covered up.  If these unacceptable behaviors are witnessed, they must be reported to a member of the board or the disciplinary panel.  If the Bonanza knowingly cover for someone, the group shall be held liable.
